WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept payment through PayPal or by credit card.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We, at Gothic Graffiti™, want your purchase to be a comfortable experience. Your satisfaction with our products is of highest priority. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund once the product has been opened and used unless the product is found to be defective.
We can only accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product to be considered for refund or exchange. 
If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us by using our support page.
Only products purchased on Gothic Graffiti.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store or other location to be considered for an exchange or refund. 

If you have purchased a bath and body product, please understand that we cannot accept empty bottles or partially used bottles. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for refund, credit or exchange. Costs of postage to return items to us are the sole responsibility of the customer.
